I knew that our spine... read more is the main foundation to our overall body movement and I figured I should get my spine check since I was experiencing neck strain/pain on one side for 2 years whenever I did not have enough rest which usually leads to a terrible headache. Dr Mandy is friendly, patient, and understanding. She is able to make me feel calm and relax, and most importantly it is pain-free while adjusting the targeted area of my spine and neck. X-Ray was also part of the initial stage before the first session (with guidance from the clinic) and it is used for the doctor’s reference. After a month of once-a-week session and being discipline in planning my “rest days” in between my fitness schedule, I have experienced improvement in my overall back and neck. Currently, I’m only going once a month for maintenance and I have been listening to Dr Mandy to ice my back and neck once in awhile which helps a lot in calming down my nerves at those areas.
