Dr Mandy is friendly, patient, and understanding. She is able to make me feel calm and relax, and most importantly it is pain-free while adjusting the targeted area of my spine and neck. X-Ray was also part of the initial stage before the first session (with guidance from the clinic) and it is used for the doctor’s reference. After a month of once-a-week session and being discipline in planning my “rest days” in between my fitness schedule, I have experienced improvement in my overall back and neck. Currently, I’m only going once a month for maintenance and I have been listening to Dr Mandy to ice my back and neck once in awhile which helps a lot in calming down my nerves at those areas. Excellent! Diagnosed with minor slipped disc and went to Dr Goh for second opinion in Aligned. This was introduced by a friend of mine. Guess I didn’t make wrong choice... read more as my condition is improved from time to time after my visit. Had 4 treatment sessions so far and I can see the improvement on my back pain. Dr Goh is patience enough to explain my condition in details and he also helped me with other problem that I have too without telling him.
