Excellent! Diagnosed with minor slipped disc and went to Dr Goh for second opinion in Aligned. This was introduced by a friend of mine. Guess I didn’t make wrong choice as my condition is improved from time to time after my visit. Had 4 treatment sessions so far and I can see the improvement on my back pain. Last year, I experienced lower back pain, which eventually led to numbness on one side of my leg. I discovered Elevated Gonstead Chiropractic online and was fortunate to meet Dr. Mandy. She is friendly, kind, and very patient in her explanations. After several sessions with her, I have experienced significant improvement. Together with other problems that I always encounter last time (shoulder and neck stiffness), all these problems are resolved and occur less frequent after spine alignment by Dr. Mandy. I was experiencing really chronic pain from my lower back all the way to my knees. It has gotten so bad to a point where I had to resign from the company I was working for. I tried several things to treat the pain, going for massage, going to clinic, visiting hospital (where I almost got an operation if I chose to proceed). Will the adjustment hurt?
Most patients find the adjustment comfortable and many feel immediate relief. Some mild soreness in the first 24 to 48 hours is normal, similar to how your muscles feel after a workout. It settles quickly.
How is Gonstead different from regular chiropractic?
Most chiropractic methods apply general adjustments across multiple areas and hope for improvement. Gonstead works differently. We use X-ray analysis, instrumentation, and palpation to pinpoint the exact vertebra causing your problem. Only that gets adjusted. Nothing else is touched.
What happens on my first visit?
Your first visit covers a thorough case history, full spine X-rays, nervoscope instrumentation readings, and static and motion palpation. Before anything is adjusted, your chiropractor will walk you through exactly what they found and explain the recommended care plan.
How many sessions will I need?

Is chiropractic care safe for babies and children?
